After Irma, I did not know what to expect all we saw back in Montreal was destruction. Phenix Car Rental assured us that all would be fine for our short stay and it was. Had a great time, not everything on the island is the same but its still paradise. Vladimir & Tessa.

Better then gold service at phenix car rental agencies. Was met at the departure door at the airport. They took our luggage and we walked across the street to the parking lot. Showed them my ID and credit card and we were gone in a 2 mins. Been to Saint Maarten 12 times now and this was the fastest we ever got out of the airport with a car. The car was great 2016 KIA Rio, perfect for the 4 of us (providing you do not over pack). On return to the airport we drove into the public parking lot was told to leave the keys in the glove box along with the parking ticket, but instead we were greeted by Reberto, gave him the keys and we were on out way. Will diffidently rent again form them next year.
We have been customers of Mickey for 15 years. His service and integrity is the reason we continue to only rent cars from where he is part of the business. Saves time and hassle on both ends as you are not waiting on other people to fill a van nor traveling a long distance to an office for more waiting. They meet you at the airport, you get your car quickly, and returns are simple and fast too -- plus if there is any issues, you have their cellphones. My car was on time, Roberto was very nice, I had absolutely no problems with my vehicle .sxm is one of my most visited islands and can’t wait to get back. See you in 2016 November Roberto.

A friend recommended Phenix car rental to me .i had never heard of it throughout my visit to St Maarten but gave it a shot, booking was easy.
Upon my arrival I thought …”how long do I have to wait this time” but I noticed Phenix instantly with the green shirt. Car was ready and all I did was sign and I was on my way. Roberto & Mickey were very accommodating.
